let us take a moment to listen –

to be with what-is and truly listen;

let us take a moment to be now,

listening attentively, wholeheartedly,

simply fully being a moment of now –

a moment of listening,

being listening now;

a moment of openness,

listening to beauty

attentively, simply

being at ease

in the now

as it is –

a moment of what-is,

a moment of now,

an as-is moment,

a living moment

wholeheartedly, listening

from without and within,

each moment anew;

a moment of being,

gratefully listening –

being listening now

הבה נפנה רגע להקשיב –

ממש להיות ובאמת להקשיב;

הבה נפנה רגע להיות ברגע הזה,

להקשיב בקשב-לב, בלב שלם,

להיות קשובים לחיים

בפשטות ברגע הזה:

זה רגע של הוויה-הקשבה,

רגע של פתיחות –

להקשיב ליופי

בקשב-לב פשוט,

להיות בנינוחות

ברגע הזה

כפי שזה –

זה רגע מלא חיוּת,

רגע של ממשות;

להיות קשובים

מבחוץ ומבפנים,

בכל רגע מחדש –

זה רגע של הקשבה-הוויה

בלב שלם, בהכרת תודה,

רגע קשב ברגע הזה
