פשוט לנשום.


התנוחה של הגוף – כך או אחרת,

התחושה – נעימה או כואבת.


הגוף במגע עם אדמה ואוויר

אוזניים שומעות קולות וצלילים

עיניים רואות צורות וצבעים

בחושים נוספים – ריחות, טעמים;

ומחשבות

מילים מדוברות בתוכנו

מופיעות וחולפות.


כך, כפי שאנחנו

פשוט להיות.

Attentive heart,

mindful contemplation,

being, simple presence;

being as it is, in light of the question –

what is truly important?

Is there love within me?

Silence.

Breathing.

Space.

Simply being,

simply breathing.

The body's posture – this way or that;

the feeling – painful or pleasant.

The body is in touch with the air and the ground,

ears hearing voices and sounds,

eyes seeing colors and shapes,

other senses – flavors, scents;

and thoughts –

words spoken within us –

appearing and disappearing.

Just so, as we are,

simply being.

Breathing

a full breath,

breathing again

a new breath,

a whole breath;

experiencing the body,

the body's weight;

hearing murmurs,

seeing colors and shapes;

a thought appears,

a thought disappears;

without a thought,

without an aim,

without words,

breathing

a deep breath,

listening to silence,

the sounds of life;

meditating

without the word "meditation";

simply being –

being present,

being awake,

being whole,

and fully

alive.
